Welcome
to the world's most extensive suite of chemometric tools!
PLS_Toolbox
is the world-recognized suite of essential and advanced chemometric
multivariate analysis tools for use within the MATLAB computational
environment.
PLS_Toolbox
contains the tools required by chemical engineers, analytical chemists
and other analysis-driven scientists to explore their data and build
predictive models. It gets its name from the Partial Least Squares
(PLS) regression method, which has become the standard calibration
method in many regression applications, but the toolbox now includes
so much more including a unified graphical interface and
over 300 tools for use in a wide variety of technical areas.

Plus
all the cutting edge tools you've come to expect from Eigenvector
Research! All with source code allowing the advanced user to view
and understand the techniques - no more black-box analyses.
To learn
more about the wide range of PLS_Toolbox functions, you can view
the topic-oriented reference manual on-line.
Command-line users may find the Function
Reference-Card (get as PDF here) useful to print out and refer
to while working with PLS_Toolbox.

Version
5.0 of PLS_Toolbox is now Shipping
New
and current users can purchase it using our on-line
order form. Users with current License Maintenance Agreements
get new releases for free. If you already have a PLS_Toolbox license,
you can download it now.
License
Maintenance Agreement
Each copy of PLS_Toolbox comes with a one-year license maintenance
agreement. As long as this license maintenance agreement is in effect,
you will receive all updates to the product for free. You can download
updates using your Eigenvector Research user account. After the
license maintenance agreement expires, you can only download product
versions for which you have already been licensed. Read
more about license maintenance agreements here.
Product
Support
Eigenvector
Research offers user support for PLS_Toolbox by e-mail at helpdesk@eigenvector.com. Questions
are almost always answered within 24 hours (and usually much less).
Updates and bug fixes will be available for users to download from
our web site. For information on other support options, see our
technical support page.
System
Requirements
If
you are using MATLAB 6.5, 7.x or higher (R13.1 through R2007b)
you are ready to use PLS_Toolbox. PLS_Toolbox does not require other
MATLAB toolboxes. Like all MATLAB toolboxes, PLS_Toolbox is platform
independent. It will function on any platform on which MATLAB functions
(e.g. MAC, PC, UNIX, Linux).
Not
a MATLAB User?
You
can either order our stand-alone
product, Solo, or, for full access to all PLS_Toolbox functionality,
you should purchase MATLAB. For information about MATLAB, contact
The MathWorks, Inc. by phone at (508)647-7000,
